Letters of support

Included in membership or $150 for non-members

Letters of support are an invaluable tool for many on their transition journey.

Get a medical* letter of support in preparation for gender-affirming surgery or legally changing your name or gender marker.

Meet with a provider and answer some quick, standard questions, and receive your digital letter in about 1-2 weeks.

*Mental health letters are not available at this time.

Available in the Community Hub, included in membership

Find community and solidarity in our trans-led support groups and social spaces. Participate in guided discussions on social and medical transitioning, gender expression, hot trans topics, and more. You’ll also find friendship and meaningful connection with others in the trans community.

Care coordination from a trans-focused team

Our team, most of whom are trans, are here to provide one-on-one, direct support. We’re here to help with: pharmacy coordination, connecting you to local resources (community, legal, etc.), referrals to other trans providers outside of Plume …and more.
