- Treatment-specific lab orders and analysis*
- Letters for name or gender marker changes
- Medical letters of support for gender-affirming surgeries
- Access to our six-week support series led by members of the trans community
- Trans-led care team, available at every step of your journey
*Prescriptions, copays, and labs are not included and are priced based on insurance coverage.
**Self-pay pricing includes appointments and select lab costs. Prescription costs are not included.
You must be 18 years old or older to access Plume services. Some states have additional restrictions on age or services available.
One-time
Letter of Support
$150 one-time fee
- One digital video appointment with a healthcare provider
- A one-time medical letter* of support for surgery with a one week turnaround time
- Access to your trans-led care team through our app
*Please note we cannot provide a behavioral health letter of support from a therapist at this time. Letters are included for active members.
