Accepting insurance.

We believe everyone deserves access to quality transgender health care. That’s why we’ve expanded our insurance contracts, including prominent carriers like Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, Aetna, and Cigna in select states. Discover how this expansion can significantly reduce the cost of your membership by visiting our insurance page for the latest updates.

As you move through your journey towards empowerment and authenticity with Plume, we are thrilled to unveil our latest advancements in transgender healthcare. Our commitment to your well-being continues to evolve, with expanded care services, an extensive network of lab locations, and broader insurance coverage. Keep an eye out for future improvements as we remain dedicated to providing personalized care and support every step of the way – we’re excited to grow with you!

In order to provide healthcare services to you and give you medically appropriate care, we are required to get a recent blood pressure reading. You can get your blood pressure read for free at many pharmacies, go to your primary care doctor, or you may purchase a blood pressure cuff online.
