Gender dysphoria may make you feel like your body doesn’t match your true gender identity. Some people say it’s like wearing a mask. Others say it’s like wearing clothes that don’t fit, that you can never take off. The best way to dispel the impact of dysphoria is to understand it better, and Alex Jenny will share all the different ways we can do that! From parts work, to queer and trans time, mindfulness and more, join our event to learn more from a trans therapist herself.
