*Your initial appointment and consultation with a Plume medical provider is $99. If you decide to become a member, your membership starts the day of your first appointment and the $99 rolls over to cover your first month. You will receive a prescription at your first appointment if you continue with membership, if your provider deems it medically necessary.
If you decide membership is not right for you, you will be charged the $99 appointment fee and will not be issued any prescriptions. If there is a medical reason why we cannot treat you, we will refund your payment.
In order to provide healthcare services to you and give you medically appropriate care, we are required to get a recent blood pressure reading. You can get your blood pressure read for free at many pharmacies, go to your primary care doctor, or you may purchase a blood pressure cuff online.
